For those who are not familiar with it, 3Achain is an institutional blockchain infrastructure, promoted by the City of Lugano in collaboration with public and private partners, aimed at fostering access to this particular technology, in order to create a digital culture and encourage research and development, economic growth and efficiency for companies wishing to adopt it.
The City of Lugano itself, thanks to the positive experience of the MyLugano project and the creation of LVGAs (digital stablecoins enabling payments at the local level), has been able to make concrete use of blockchain technology, both for the infrastructure of the MyLugano app as well as for the tracking of LVGA payments.
