A successful "Extra Time" for Wopart, the paper artwork exhibition

Two pavilions at Lugano Exhibition Centre hosted - from 19 to 21 November - the great artwork on paper world fair, with spaces dedicated to meetings and debates about art on paper, the art market and the dissemination of culture. Robert Phillips, Wopart’s new artistic director, chose the term FLUIDITY as the main theme of the 2021 edition, which includes an exhibition of watercolours by Hermann Hesse as well as works from the BNP Paribas Collection.

"We are convinced that this event is a great opportunity for the whole city", the organizers declared, satisfied with the success of the public and sales, already thinking of the next edition.

The exhibition "Extra Time" was dedicated to the memory of the late Marco Borradori, mayor of Lugano and a great art enthusiast, who recently passed away.
